Dear Rena May,
Guess you will be surprised to hear from me for I haven’t written to you very much. I wanted to send you a birthday card but couldn’t find any so I thought I would write you a few lines. I am sending you some money as I want you to buy something with it instead of putting it in the blue mold pile.
Ma was saying that you want a bicycle. If Junior can find you one I want Ma to take some of my money and buy it for you.
I guess you and Doggie are busy taking your spring walks. Guess that you are glad it is getting warm again.
Didn’t get any letter from Ma today but got one from Beryle.
Have you seen Jim, Bob and Donnie lately? Guess they are all growing like weeds.
Won’t be long before school will be out and I guess you will be glad. How did you make out with Mrs Heim this year.
Well Dilly I don’t know any news so I will close for tonight.
