Dear Ma,
Don’t know much to write about tonight for I only got one letter and that was from Junior. He seems to do better now than he did before he had such a large family. Jim and Bob had both done some quitting at the end of it. But they have grown a lot this summer.
I got my hair cut, a shave, shampoo and facial massage last night. One of the fellows that I work with did did it. Cost a dollar but was well worth it.
Had to work real hard today but I am not so tired tonight. Tomorrow is Francis day off so I will have to go down and see him. I sure am glad he is close enough for me to see him often.
Well ma that is about all I know so I will close for tonight.
